REFUND POLICY

All Digital Sales Are Final

GrindAudit products are digital products that are delivered or made available immediately after purchase. Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, all sales are final.

GrindAudit does not provide refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for change of mind, dissatisfaction with a business model, a decision not to use a product, or a customer’s inability to implement the information provided.

Delivery and Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving or accessing a purchased product, receive an incorrect product, or believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of purchase at: scout@grindaudit.com

Please include:

The email address used at checkout
Your order number, if available
The name of the product purchased
A brief description of the issue
Screenshots or other relevant details, where applicable

After reviewing the issue, GrindAudit will restore access, resend the correct product, correct a billing error, or provide another appropriate resolution.

Charge Errors and Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, charged an incorrect amount, or charged without authorization, contact us as soon as possible at scout@grindaudit.com.

We will review the transaction and correct verified billing errors where appropriate.

Product Scope

GrindAudit products provide educational research and operational information about business models. They do not include coaching, consulting, employment placement, account approval, financing, inventory, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of earnings, profitability, or business results.

A customer’s decision not to pursue a model, inability to implement a model, lack of results, change in personal circumstances, or disagreement with an editorial evaluation does not qualify for a refund.
