Redistribution, resale, or any other unauthorized sharing of these digital products is a strict violation of our intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against individuals or entities who violate these terms.
// 02. RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT
We provide operational analysis. You provide the execution. Our products are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome. Your results are entirely dependent on your own effort and ability to execute.
// 03. REFUND POLICY
All GrindAudit products are digital and delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, all sales are final and refunds are not provided.

If you experience a technical access or delivery problem, receive the incorrect product, or believe you were charged in error, contact us at scout@grindaudit.com within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, restore access, provide the correct product, or correct a billing error.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
